hey all,
Does anyone know of any good online classes that can help towards getting A+ certification for use like in tech support? I've wanted to get going in this, but full on college really didn't mix with me and don't have the funding to pay for now in any case. any help would be greatfully taken.

Try the Cisco Academy for the Visually Impaired. It's an online computer program for the blind. I don't know the exact URL offhand, but type that in Google and it'll pull it up for you.

I kno people who have studied on there own for a+ and have paid to take the exam once they know that they will pass.
If you're short on money, the books can be sourced using alternate methods* so the only time that you'll have to pay is when you take the test.
What sort of tech support are you wanting to do? I know some very successful repare techs who have shops and some that are mobile and they don't have any cirts at all. You won't learn how to diagnose a bad inverter on a laptop doing a+; you learn that sort of stuff by playing with stuff yourself.
*Obviously I'm talking about ebay when I mention alternate methods.

i'd want to be able to do most tech support, from software to hardware but the main issue is i've never been able to do anything hardware at all. never been able to get exposed to it
